A lifelong resident of Waynesville, Jennifer Campbell-Overbeeke feels lucky to have been born in the place she loves most in this world. Exceptionally proud of Western North Carolina's people, craftsmanship, artistry, and overall way of life, she is so excited to share her love of the area with her real estate clients.
Jennifer's roots in Haywood County and her familial background in construction provide her with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the local real estate industry. Jennifer places great value on attention to detail, follow-through, and a strong work ethic, which she strives to bring to every transaction.
Before real estate, Jennifer was a yoga instructor for over 15 years. She directed studios, ran her own online platform, led national and international retreats, and directed teacher trainings. Although Jennifer is no longer teaching full-time, yoga remains a vital part of her personal and professional life. On a mission to help people find "Serenity in the Smokies," Jennifer aims to cultivate the most supportive and stress-free experience for every client.
Educated at North Carolina State University, Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in public and interpersonal communication. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, NC REALTORS®, and the Canopy REALTOR® Association. When not working with clients or practicing yoga, Jennifer enjoys exploring new cultures through travel and immersing herself in the great outdoors of the Asheville area.
